SandCrafters asks customers to supply various personal data when sending an email or placing an order, such as name & address, credit card information, email address, etc. This data is used only for the purpose of filling an order or communicating with the customer or supplier about the status of an order. SandCrafters treats this customer information as private and confidential, and this information will not be disclosed to other individuals or organizations unless required by law. SandCrafters will not distribute customer information to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or any other purpose other than what is required to perform our services. SandCrafters is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers’ personal data, and our shopping cart is secure.

 

Return/Exchange Policy:

SandCrafters cannot accept returns. We want to protect all of our customers to the best of our ability. However, the candy has a long shelf-life and can be stored indefinitely.

 

Shipping and Handling Policy:

Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order. Please allow 7-10 Business days to receive your order. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, United States address only. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. If customer requests other means of delivery, the customer will be responsible for that cost.

Payment Policy:

Payment must accompany orders. SandCrafters accepts Visa and MasterCard, as well as cashiers checks, and money orders. C.O.D. orders and personal checks are not accepted.

 

Price Policy:

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

SandCrafters requires a minimum order of $20.00.
